Breathe

I often realize I haven't taken a deep breath all day. When I finally do, something shifts. I return to the present, notice how my body feels, and my nervous system settles.

Today's practice:

Pause three times throughout your day for three deep, intentional breaths. Slow down, breathe deeply, and notice what shifts.

When to practice:

  • Set a phone reminder

  • Before or after conversations

  • During transitions (getting in the car, opening your laptop, walking through a doorway)

  • When you notice tension creeping in

You don't need to fix anything. Just breathe and notice.
