Are you ready to infuse your days with self-care and well-being?

Join this FREE five-day online Spring Self-Care Infusion, where we'll immerse ourselves in the art of self-care together, supporting and empowering ourselves and each other in small doses to fit into our busy days.

Taking care of yourself is a vital component of well-being. This program is designed to fit into your schedule and inspire you to integrate self-care throughout your days. You will be invited to engage in self-care through daily email inspiration, reflection, prompts, and 30-minute daily interactive live sessions, all designed to help you actively practice self-care and feel rejuvenated, resourced, and cared for throughout your day, week, and hopefully month and season.
