In this book, I share my story of living a life of isolation, anxiety, self-loathing and emptiness. I always had a desire to be different, but didn’t know how to change or where to turn. I had no idea I could do something about the pain. It was upon the idea of passing down this pain to potential children of my own that brought my desire to change into action.

Self-care can sometimes seem daunting and overwhelming especially in our current environment. This guide allows for an introduction to discovering what works for you as self-care. Self-care is personal and doesn't have to be complicated.
