Lesson 4 - THERE WILL BE SETBACKS - TAKE THEM IN STRIDE

There will be setbacks, but I will take them in stride. I found out a couple weeks ago that I have shingles, so I had to take a short break from my running schedule. This does not mean I can sit around and do nothing, this I know. Instead, I will work on strength training and less active cross training like walking and yoga.
